1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of the MOEdo Driver app and delivery service, operated by OPS 360 AI ("MOEdo", "we"). By registering you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not register.
2. Who can register
You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Emirates ID, and have the legal right to carry out delivery work in the UAE — including any driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance required for how you deliver. You are responsible for keeping these valid.
3. Your account & PIN
Your account is personal to you. Keep your 4-digit PIN secret and do not let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for everything done under it. Tell us immediately if you think it has been used without your permission.
4. Subscription, free trial & fees
The driver subscription is AED 99 per month and starts with a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues and the fee becomes due for each period until you cancel. If you join a company with its code, the company may cover your subscription instead. Fees already due are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Deliveries & conduct
When you accept a delivery you agree to complete it with reasonable care and on time, to follow all UAE laws and traffic rules, and to treat customers and merchants professionally. You are an independent provider — these Terms do not create an employment relationship unless a separate written agreement says so.
6. Cash on delivery (COD)
Where you collect cash on delivery, you hold it on behalf of the merchant or MOEdo and must hand it over in full through the in-app end-of-day handover. Any shortfall in cash you have collected is your responsibility.
7. Your data
We handle your Emirates ID and personal data as described in our Data & Privacy Notice, including when it may be shared with the authorities. Please read it.
8. Suspension & ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, act fraudulently, put others at risk, or where we are required to by law.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, MOEdo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You remain responsible for your own conduct, vehicle and compliance while delivering. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the UAE courts have jurisdiction.

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق وخدمة MOEdo للسائقين، المُشغّلة من OPS 360 AI ("MOEdo"، "نحن"). بتسجيلك فإنك توافق عليها. إذا لم توافق، فلا تسجّل.
2. من يحقّ له التسجيل
يجب أن لا يقل عمرك عن 18 عامًا، وأن تحمل هوية إماراتية سارية، وأن يكون لديك الحق القانوني للعمل في التوصيل في الإمارات — بما في ذلك رخصة القيادة وتسجيل المركبة والتأمين اللازم حسب طريقة توصيلك. أنت مسؤول عن إبقائها سارية.
3. حسابك ورمزك السري
حسابك خاص بك. حافظ على سرية رمزك المكوّن من 4 أرقام ولا تدع أحدًا يستخدم حسابك. أنت مسؤول عن كل ما يتم عبره. أبلغنا فورًا إذا اعتقدت أنه استُخدم دون إذنك.
4. الاشتراك والتجربة المجانية والرسوم
اشتراك السائق 99 درهمًا شهريًا ويبدأ بتجربة مجانية مدتها 14 يومًا. إذا لم تُلغِ قبل انتهاء التجربة، يستمر الاشتراك وتُستحق الرسوم لكل فترة حتى تلغي. إذا انضممت إلى شركة برمزها، قد تتكفّل الشركة باشتراكك. الرسوم المستحقة غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا حيث يقتضي القانون.
5. عمليات التوصيل والسلوك
عند قبولك توصيلة فإنك توافق على إتمامها بعناية معقولة وفي الوقت المحدد، والالتزام بجميع قوانين وأنظمة المرور في الإمارات، ومعاملة العملاء والتجار باحترافية. أنت مزوّد خدمة مستقل — لا تنشئ هذه الشروط علاقة توظيف ما لم تنص اتفاقية مكتوبة منفصلة على ذلك.
6. الدفع عند الاستلام
عندما تحصّل مبالغ الدفع عند الاستلام، فإنك تحتفظ بها نيابةً عن التاجر أو MOEdo ويجب تسليمها بالكامل عبر تسوية نهاية اليوم في التطبيق. أي عجز في المبالغ التي حصّلتها يقع على مسؤوليتك.
7. بياناتك
نتعامل مع هويتك الإماراتية وبياناتك الشخصية كما هو موضّح في إشعار البيانات والخصوصية، بما في ذلك متى قد تُشارك مع الجهات الرسمية. يُرجى قراءته.
8. الإيقاف وإنهاء الحساب
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا إيقاف أو إغلاق حسابك إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو تصرّفت باحتيال أو عرّضت الآخرين للخطر أو حيث يلزمنا القانون.
9. المسؤولية
تُقدّم الخدمة "كما هي". بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل MOEdo المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية. تبقى مسؤولًا عن سلوكك ومركبتك والتزامك أثناء التوصيل. لا يحدّ أي مما ورد من المسؤولية التي لا يمكن تحديدها قانونًا.
10. تعديلات الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. إذا واصلت استخدام الخدمة بعد التحديث، فأنت توافق على الشروط المحدّثة.
11. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم الإمارات بالنظر فيها.
